New!

4 dance genres:

Maria Masle designed her dance lessions in a very special way, where she wants to be as creative as possible; she often sings live during practice sessions, invites various guests (musicians, dancers from other cultures) to training sessions, provides performances for the trainees and thereby creates new challenges. The workout itself combines various combinations of steps originating from dances such as reggaeton, salsa, samba, hip-hop, rumba, cha-cha, kolo, sirtaki, bhangra and many others. We must never forget that dancing is also a physical exercise, and a very intense one.

Our dance genres:

For us, dance is not just movement – it is energy, relaxation and pure fun. Each of our workouts is designed to combine music, movement and well-being, while shaping the body and boosting self-confidence. Meet our three stars of the program:

Presentation of Dance Genres

Advantages of dance exercises

EXCELLENT DYNAMIC WAIST EXERCISE

The workout program uses full body movements that require a lot of core control (abs and back). This results in a more toned torso (stronger abs and back).

HIGH CALORIE CONSUMPTION

Our dance workouts follow aerobic and interval training methods and thus involve a high level of activity, which means a large expenditure of calories. Note: This varies from individual to individual depending on variables such as fitness level, exercise regularity, intensity levels, etc.

POSITIVE IMAGE AND SHAPED BODY

Dance nurtures a high level of well-being. A dance workout will potentially transform every part of the body, including the upper, lower and middle body, heart and mind.

WEIGHT LOSS

As with any exercise program, consistency and a reasonable, balanced nutrition program will increase the likelihood of weight loss.

EXERCISE IN DISGUISE

Dance practice will make you SWEAT CRAZY! Most people say they have a fantastic time at dance practice and don't even realize they're doing it.

SIMPLE AND PLEASANT LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

The new dance steps are presented in a way that is easy to follow, to keep you excited and entertained.

Dance Instructors

Maria Masle

Maria Masle is an extremely talented artist who, in addition to singing Latin dance and Balkan rhythms under the brand Maria Masle Music, conducts dance exercises under the brand Maria Masle Dance. Maria wants to show her passion for Latin, Balkan and the rest of the world’s temperamental music as dance-creatively as possible. She says that dance literacy and in this way getting to know different cultures of the world through dance is just as important as enjoying dancing. And this is exactly her mission; to combine knowledge, pleasure, music, dance, joy and freedom on the dance floor.

Maria discovered her love for music and dance at an early age. She has been actively dancing since the age of six, she attended the best dance schools in Maribor, and she danced a lot and trained in Cuba as well. For seven years, she danced competitively in Latin American and Ballroom dances. Today, however, she successfully runs a dance school, which she founded in 2019. Maria is a self-confident, determined and temperamental artist for whom singing and dancing are a way of expression and life.

Gloria Atanasova

Gloria is a dedicated and passionate dance artist who has been immersed in dance since the age of five. She has performed and competed in numerous festivals, events, and international competitions—both solo and in groups— earning many awards and recognitions. Trained in styles including Hip Hop, Jazzfunk, Dancehall, Reggae, Vogue, House, and Contemporary, Glorija brings versatility, cultural depth, and artistic insight to every class.

Early experiences in acting groups shaped her understanding of dance as an expressive art form, and her knowledge has been further enriched through workshops and teaching her own Hip Hop and Dancehall classes. Before studying in Maribor, in her hometown Shtip, Macedonia, she successfully led Aerobics and Zumba classes for three years, creating dynamic, fun, and inclusive spaces for movement.

Since 2023, she has been a proud member and instructor at Maria Masle Dance Studio. Every class that she teaches reflects her belief that dance is more than just steps—it is freedom, self-expression, and a celebration of life.
